Lily is like no one else. She lives in a whimsical universe in harmony with nature at her mother's country home. Her older sister, Clara, married to an up-and-coming attorney, lives and works in Paris. When their mother dies, Clara has to upset her life and job to look after Lily. Under her influence, Clara re-examines her life and gets a taste of a certain freedom.
